Face to Face.

So we had a cold and wet few days from the storm, Joaquin that briefly passed by the Coast. It was non stop rain since Thursday, but finally cleared up today. Heading out to lunch in a little bit with family for my mom in law’s birthday. Meanwhile, here is my facial haul this week. It might be a bit much but like I told my husband, these literally last me a good while and I don’t normally have to refill in over six months- which make it very reasonable. These are essentially my go-to facial products.

I’ve been using this affordable Brush Set from ECOTOOLS. It is unbelievably soft and is very gentle to use. This five piece mineral set is $9.99 from your local convenient stores.

This is my first time trying out Shiseido’s Tinted Moisturizer. I had their Perfect Hydrating BB Cream prior to this one. I don’t think there is much of a difference, but I figured since the cold weather is around the corner, I’d give this a try to keep my face moisturized.

I’ve used this powder foundation for the last 5 years and am obviously quite happy with it. It goes on flawlessly without looking “cakey”; it also conceals blemishes pretty well, and stays on for an entire day with very minimal need for reapplication.

Speaking of minimal reapplication- this also goes for my preferred Blush from Nars for $30. I’ve been a fanatic for over 2 years and I haven’t really felt the need to explore a different brand or kind, just yet.

My fave is quite a popular shade: Orgasm.
